Kingston, Ontario

In 1998 Kingston was amalgamated with two adjacent townships (Kingston and Pittsburgh). Its present population is about 116,000. It now qualifies as "census metropolitan area" CMA by Statistics Canada.

    Collins Bay marina is at the eat end of Collins Bay, and is actually on the water. The polygon for this area needs to be refined (which I will do as a learning exercise, when time allows).

    I taught Kindergarten there for three years 1965-68. I have a couple of pictures. Mr. Tenant was the principal, I believe.
