This club is still very active from mid-May to October of each year. An open house is held on the long weekend in May and all are welcome to come on out for a pancake breakfast on the Saturday morning. Afterwards you can give the sport a try. The only requirement is that you wear shoes that are flat. The club offers both morning and evening non-competitive bowling, sponsors tournaments and hosts fun days.

Contrary to the public belief, these grounds are not part of the Kingston Psychiatric Hospital. They are owed by the Ontario Government. I work there on a daily basis.
  • Yeo Hall, Victoria Edwards (guest) wrote 14 years ago:
Yeo Hall Mess Building is a Recognized Federal Heritage Building because of its historical associations, and its architectural and environmental value. Yeo Hall Mess Building is a very good aesthetic example of the Collegiate Gothic style established as the uniform style of architecture for the Royal Military College at the turn of the century. The Hall was constructed during the Depression, despite general fiscal restraint. http://www.historicplaces.ca/en/rep-reg/place-lieu.aspx?id=4811

It's not a Martello Tower, those are elsewhere around Kingstong. It's the West Branch Tower or simply West Tower. I've taken the liberty of editing the title of this location.

East not West, and it's not a Martello Tower, it's a Branch Tower. I've taken the liberty to edit the title.
